Beginning Machine Quilting

This is a very popular, hands-on class that teaches beginning machine quilting from the ground up!  The morning session covers setting up your workspace, batting, threads, needles, tensions and how to properly baste a quilt.  The afternoon workshop teaches different free motion techniques on your sewing machine, dialing in tension and getting your rhythm.  Students leave with a good basic knowledge of preparing their quilt and with the confidence and basic skills for machine quilting.
