The Linen Ladies Club

Another one-of-a-kind workshop that was created from my love of creating whole-cloth vintage linen quilts.  Almost everyone has a small stash of old embroidered tablecloths, dresser scarves, etc. and doesn't know what to do with them.  The morning session is a hands-on lecture  where I teach my students how to work wit h damaged or stained linens, choosing threads and batting, designing whole-cloth quilts, special binding techniques, finishing your backs, etc. My special collection of linen quilts are used for teaching and fondling!  Students are encouraged to bring their stash of linens and the afternoon is spent designing and marking their pieces.
