New Home Wanted for "Trebbiano"

I wanted to let everyone know that my large heirloom wholecloth linen quilt, Trebbiano, is looking for a new home.  We recently moved into OUR new home and I no longer have a place to hang her.  It's a shame she's just folded up in a closet. This quilt has appeared in multiple quilt show exhibits and was recently showcased at the Houston International Quilt Festival in the "For The Love of Linens" exhibit.  She was appraised for $5,500 in 2013 by an AQS certified appraiser and I would like to sell her for $4000.  I will pay shipping. She...

Design Tutorial Ultimate Stencil~Simple Feather Wreath

I have a huge stash of quilting stencils which contains another equally large collection of different sized feather wreaths.  Since the Ultimate Stencils' arrival I don't use them any more because I can easily create a feather wreath in ANY size I wish. Featuring Linen Lady Marilyn Hawkins!

Last, but not least, I would like to feature my second special Linen Lady from Australia!  Marilyn lives on a property outside Lismore in the Northern Rivers and enjoys the peace and quiet of the country. She has a dressmaking background and found it difficult to relate to cutting beautiful fabric into small pieces and sewing them back together.  During a long period of illness a kind friend arrived with a box full of precut hexagons, papers, needles and thread and "demanded that I set to work".  What an achievement it was to stitch a couple of those together each...
